A Few Favorite Past Quilts
Quilt for Kristine
This traditional quilt was begun by Kristine's grandmother, who sadly passed away before finishing it. We knew when we got the partial quilt that it was intended for Kristine. We finished it adding fabrics from a few of her favorite things. A heart was sewn in the middle to represent her grandmother's love for her. It was given to her as a Christmas gift in 2020.

Quilt for Dana
This quilt was made for Dana in 2008 when he returned from deployment to the middle east. Parts from one of the uniforms he wore was used to make the quilt. Fabrics representing his favorite hobbies and sports teams were sewn into the quilt as well. He continues to use his quilt to this day.

Quilt for Evelynn
This baby rag quilt was made for a baby shower for Evelynn, born in May of 2021. The inspiration and main fabric was from leftover Hundred Acre Woods curtain fabric made for the mother and passed down to the baby. Her shower theme was bumble bees, which was also infused into the quilt.

Quilt for Jessika
This rag quilt was made for Jessika's 25th birthday. Jessika's favorite past time is playing The Sims video game, for which a green diamond plumbob is the symbol. Butterflies and autism puzzle piece fabrics were infused to add special meaning from her story of overcoming challenges and now flying.

Quilt for Amy
This rag quilt was made for Amy's 10th birthday from her grandmother who was moving to another state. Grandma provided details about Amy's favorite cartoons, colors, and movies. Ragged flowers and a heart in the center of the quilt were specially requested, the heart being a pocket. The pocket holds a memorable photo of them on a laced ribbon attached to the quilt so Amy can always see her grandma.
